Charity property: hybrid working in the voluntary sector

The Ethical Property Foundation and Russell-Cooke are looking at the big issues for charities with staff and buildings at their next seminar.

Andrew Small and Carla Whalen will be joining Antonia Swinson and Simon Taylor of the Ethical Property Foundation to discuss:

  • how charities are adapting to the increased demand from staff for flexible working
  • the issues this raises about how they use, occupy and pay for property in the light of soaring costs
  • whether charities co-locating is a possible solution to the need to provide high quality workspace, whilst also reducing property costs.
