Personal insolvency
Introduction and overview
Our insolvency team has extensive experience of personal insolvency matters, including acting for creditors in pursuing bankruptcy petitions against individuals or responding to a bankruptcy petition which may have been issued against you.
We advise on all aspects of individual insolvency, including bankruptcy and IVAs. Many of our cases involve an international element, and our lawyers have extensive experience of assets located in other jurisdictions.
We offer competitive pricing structures and alternative funding arrangements which, coupled with our specialist knowledge, means we can deliver high quality, commercial advice at cost-effective rates.
