Acting on all planning aspects of luxury co-living redevelopment site in Kingston-Upon-Thames.
- advised on the planning and Section 106 requirements for the redevelopment of the site for Kingston’s first luxury co-living scheme with a value of approximately £60M.
- The development is for a 200 bed scheme with up to nine storeys. The Scheme is 36,000 sq. ft.
