Advising hotel chain with regard to threats from council relating to use of a separate entrance for its restaurant within a hotel
- Engaged with the council and successfully persuaded them that it was lawful to use only the separate access by reference to a detailed analysis on the planning history, an application of case law to the relevant planning unit
- This was a successful outcome because the restaurant operator would not have continued its use if it had not been able to use the separate entrance
