Russell-Cooke will once again support the charity Back Up with its annual Front Row fashion show.

The event will take place on Thursday 5 March at the Hurlingham Club and involve an exclusive fashion show, drinks reception, dinner and entertainment. Every year proceeds from the show go to funding Back Up's services. Last year the charity raised £73,000 through the Front Row event.

Back Up is a charity helping victims of spinal cord injuries and their families get their lives back on track. Mike Nemesvary co-founded the trust in 1986 following his own life-changing injury. Back Up provides wheelchair skills training, mentoring, and support for families to over a thousand people every year.

As a leading player in the personal injury space, Russell-Cooke has a long history with Back Up both advising clients with life-changing injuries and supporting its charity work.

Janice Gardner, partner in the personal injury and clinical negligence team commented: "we are delighted to be supporting Back Up with its annual fashion show once again. We have built a strong relationship with the charity and those who support it over the years. We look forward to keep building on this foundation."

"The Front Row event is one of Back Up's most anticipated fundraising events of the year", said Back Up's Head of Fundraising, Sean McCallion. "Putting wheelchair fashion at the front and centre, not only does the event raise vital funding, it also raises awareness of spinal cord injury and challenges perceptions of disability. Our partnership with Russell-Cooke, who have generously supported as headline sponsors over the past four years, has helped the event raise over £300,000. This has directly supported our services including vital front-line outreach at UK spinal centres for people who are newly injured and their families. We couldn't be more grateful for their backing."
