I provide comprehensive, tailored advice in relation to all private client matters. I enjoy being able to provide clients with practical solutions and managing the inter-generational aspects of their estate planning delivering my advice in a compassionate and professional manner.
Aidan joined Russell-Cooke in July 2024, having qualified as a solicitor in 2018.
Aidan advises clients in relation to their estate and trust planning, including the drafting of Wills and assisting with the creation of trusts for business owners and private individuals. He also deals with Lasting Powers of Attorney and the administration of complex, high net worth estates.
Experience
- Drafting bespoke Wills and trust deeds
- Drafting Wills for non-domicile and non-UK resident clients
- Drafting Discretionary trust deeds complemented with Letter of Wishes and relevant tax advice
- Obtaining an emergency Grant of Representation when the Testator died between exchange and completion on a property sale
- Assisting personal representatives with the administration of estates, including intestate estates or estates including, cross-border assets
- Drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney for both financial decisions and health and welfare
- Assisting with post death variations

- Studied The Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP Cambridge
