Preparing a client’s will, navigating complex tax planning or providing guidance after the loss of a loved one can often involve sensitive and challenging conversations. My goal is to help clients feel at ease and assure them they are in trusted, capable hands. I strive to provide clear, practical advice tailored to each client’s unique needs, while adopting a compassionate and approachable manner.
Amantha brings extensive experience in wills and succession planning, trust and estate administration, inheritance tax planning, powers of attorney and mental capacity matters.
Amantha qualified in 2013 and joined Russell-Cooke in November 2024, having previously worked at law firms in London, Guildford and Sussex.

- Providing comprehensive advice to both UK and non-UK domiciled individuals on UK tax matters, inheritance and succession planning
- Guiding personal representatives through the process of obtaining grants of representation and handling all aspects of estate administration
- Advising beneficiaries on post-death planning strategies to achieve tax-efficient outcomes
- Advising clients on preparing for potential future loss of mental capacity, ensuring plans are in place to manage their finances and make informed decisions regarding their health and care.
