About Carly
I take pride in helping my clients at what can be a difficult time in their lives, assisting them with what can seem like a complex task in bringing the matter to a conclusion.
Carly advises on wills for elderly clients, single people, married couples and civil partners as well as offering advice on tax planning and lasting powers of attorney. She also acts for executors and trustees primarily based in the UK on a wide variety of tax, trust, succession and estate planning issues.
She liaises closely with our French law and property team for clients who require wills, dealing with both their French and English estates. She also has extensive knowledge in preparing more complex wills such as those containing discretionary trusts, nil rate band discretionary trusts, charitable trusts, life interest trusts, protective life interest trusts and disabled persons trusts. Carly also advises on estates containing foreign assets and domicile issues.
Carly was promoted to senior associate in 2020.
