About Carmen
One of the most fulfilling aspects of my role is guiding clients through what can be overwhelming and difficult issues or circumstances and ensuring I achieve the best outcome for their matter.
Carmen advises clients on all aspects of private client law including wills, estate planning and trusts, probate and estate administration, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.
She is known for her compassionate approach, her attention to detail and her ability to guide clients through complex cross-border matters.
Carmen is bilingual. She was born in Spain and has studied law and worked in law firms in both the UK and Spain.
Carmen qualified as a solicitor at a leading private client firm in 2018 and joined Russell-Cooke in 2023.
Experience

Assisted in the setting up of a leading private client firm’s trust corporation for the purposes of acting as an executor or trustee in the administration of trusts and/or estates

Drafted UK only estate wills for a non-domiciled high-net-worth couple living in Spain ensuring those wills did not revoke their previous non-UK wills

Involved in the administration of a complicated intestate estate matter involving the appointment of international probate genealogists
