About Claire
I have the benefit of a decade of experience in my field, which enables me to provide pragmatic, thorough and sensitive advice and representation to my clients. I am passionate about helping my clients to rebuild their lives following injury and loss.
Claire acts for members of the public in a wide range of clinical negligence and personal injury matters, including those concerning delayed diagnosis and treatment, negligent surgery, fatalities, road traffic accidents, and public liability accidents. Claire also has experience in representing families in inquests in the Coroners’ Courts and pursuing civil claims thereafter.
Claire is experienced in dealing with a wide range of defendants and insurers including NHS hospital trusts, GPs, dentists, private clinicians and healthcare providers, the Motor Insurers’ Bureau and various businesses.
Claire is well-practised in dealing with a variety of funding arrangements including Conditional Fee Agreements, Legal Expenses Insurance and private work.
Claire enjoys being a Helpline volunteer for the Actions Against Medical Accidents (AvMA) charity and is pleased to be able to offer practical and sympathetic advice to those in need.
Claire qualified as a solicitor in September 2016 and joined Russell-Cooke in November 2018.
