Connor’s work involves advising on a range of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, real estate finance and development projects.
He has been working and training in legal practice since 2015 and has been involved with assisting a varied client base including large investment companies and major UK banks while liaising with all levels of professional representatives in the real estate world and regularly dealing with cross-departmental matters.
Connor joined Russell-Cooke in January 2025.
Experience
- Acting for both landlords and tenants in respect of new leases, renewals leases and surrenders
- Assisting with the real estate elements of cross-departmental matters such as corporate acquisitions or commercial restructuring and insolvency
- Assisting with several flexible office workspace acquisitions in central London for a client, which involved managing seamless completions and registrations
- Supporting a team with multiple highly complex acquisitions of prime real estate investment sites UK-wide for a client
Education
Trained and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer in October 2024.
