I advise investors, landlords, tenants and developers on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. I pride myself on working closely with my clients and taking an innovative and commercial approach informed by an understanding of their businesses and aspirations.
Edward has experience in advising on a broad range of commercial property transactions including landlord and tenant matters, development, investment acquisitions and disposals & real estate finance.
Edward has acted for a wide variety of clients including institutional investors, major high street retailers, property companies, corporate occupiers and lenders operating within the industrial, office, retail and hospitality & leisure sectors.
He qualified as a solicitor in October 2008 and joined Russell-Cooke in January 2020.
