About Erica
Thinking about how to structure a will, lasting powers of attorney (LPAs), or dealing with a loved one’s estate can be overwhelming. I seek to put my clients at ease by providing concise advice, drafting bespoke wills and LPAs, and completing the necessary steps associated with estate administrations on their behalf.
Erica John-Marie is an experienced private client solicitor specialising in probate and estate administrations.
Erica advises on a broad spectrum of private client matters including wills, trusts, succession planning for individuals in the UK and abroad, tax advice, and the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship applications.
Erica supports families and individuals with their lifetime gift planning and estate planning. Her focus is on helping clients mitigate inheritance tax and protecting assets for future generations by using available tax reliefs and exemptions.
Erica’s empathy, dedication, drafting skills and eye for detail allow her to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients. She is a trusted adviser to the individuals and families she represents.
