Giles qualified as a solicitor in 2015. He advises on all facets of trust and estate litigation, including inherited wealth disputes, claims under the Inheritance Act 1975, will validity disputes, trustee and personal representative removal cases, DNA verification matters, estate and trust administration disputes, and property trust-related claims. He has experience acting in contentious proceedings in the Court of Protection.
