I navigate the intricacies of wealth transfer during clients' lifetimes and provide empathetic support in resolving disputes following the loss of a loved one.

Giles qualified as a solicitor in 2015. He advises on all facets of trust and estate litigation, including inherited wealth disputes, claims under the Inheritance Act 1975, will validity disputes, trustee and personal representative removal cases, DNA verification matters, estate and trust administration disputes, and property trust-related claims. He handles both domestic cases, and those with an international dimension.  

Giles also has expertise advising on cases involving charities and charitable legacies.
