My clients' objectives are always at the forefront of my advice. Private client matters can be a minefield when you do not understand the legal issues involved and how your family may be affected by them. This is when my compassionate and sensitive approach can make all the difference.

Hardeep deals with all aspects of private client work including:

  • drafting complex wills
  • inheritance tax and succession planning
  • trust advice and administration of trusts
  • preparation and administration of powers of attorney
  • mental capacity issues
  • probate administration

He also deals with the creation of domestic and/or international trust and corporate structures, issues relating to residence and domicile. This involves complex tax advice with an international element and co-ordinating advice from advisors in different jurisdictions.

His clients include multi-jurisdictional individuals, families, trustees and beneficiaries, predominantly of high-net-worth and/or with business interests, residence and domicile considerations or other complexities.

Hardeep offers a sophisticated personal service specifically tailored to clients’ requirements helping them to preserve and transmit their family assets and wealth. He has vast experience advising on all issues clients may have to face in relation to both wealth management and advising the elderly.

Hardeep has regularly participated on radio shows involving wills, probate and trusts, and public speaking at various levels including seminars. He has a modern approach to a very traditional practice area with innovative strategies and ideas.

Hardeep is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.

Hardeep qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and joined Russell-Cooke in 2023.
