I strive to offer straightforward advice, ensuring that my clients receive solutions tailored to their unique circumstances.
Jess specialises in advising charities, not-for-profit organisations and social enterprises on governance matters, mergers, establishing new charities and trading subsidiaries, and advising on incorporations and commercial contracts.
She has a strong foundation in corporate and commercial law having trained and qualified at a Magic Circle firm coupled with in-house legal experience.
