I advise clients in varied commercial real estate transactions, including commercial developments, acquisitions, disposals and refinancing transactions. I am extremely responsive and communicative and aim to achieve the optimal commercial result every time.
John acts for investors in the acquisition and disposal of all types of real estate assets, particularly in the hotel and leisure, serviced offices, warehousing, industrial and self-storage sectors. He also advices commercial and residential developers, land promoters and high net-worth individuals in the acquisition and sale of prime real estate assets.
John acts for commercial and residential developers and strategic land promoters. He acts for hoteliers, restaurateurs and entrepreneurs in the leasing and acquisition of restaurants, hotels and bars.
John also acts for high net-worth individuals in the acquisition and sale of prime real estate assets.
John has acted in relation to a large urban regeneration project for a local authority, the sale of a number of large shopping centres, the development and sale of hotels and the development and refinancing of a portfolio of self-storage facilities. He has also advised sizeable land owners in relation to strategic land promotion transactions.
John speaks French fluently and Italian and German conversationally.
