Lucy has experience of dealing with a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions for a broad spectrum of clients including luxury retailers, institutional investors, property companies and corporate occupiers operating within the office, industrial and retail sectors.

Lucy qualified at an international law firm in the City in 2008 and worked there for over 12 years before joining Russell-Cooke in 2022.

• On behalf of M7 Real Estate, running a high volume of sales and acquisitions of multi-let industrial and office assets and portfolios and dealing with the subsequent management work
• Acting for numerous clients in the luxury retail field, including Gucci, Vivienne Westwood and Stella McCartney, on lease acquisitions and disposals in locations such as Regent Street, Westfield London and Bicester Village
• Being part of the team advising Westbrook Partners on the acquisition of the ‘London Collection’ portfolio of 8 London offices for over £120 million from Blackrock and Workspace
• Acting for global engineering and design firm, Arup, in relation to their UK occupational requirements (including their Central London headquarters) and general property management work
