About Naomi

I am diligent, proactive and engaging. I seek to help my clients by taking a pragmatic approach to the commercial challenges they face.

Naomi advises on a range of commercial matters, assisting small-mid size companies to ensure that their commercial agreements and corporate governance processes are in order.

Her experience includes drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on data protection, intellectual property and IT and outsourcing contracts for larger companies.

She has worked with a lot of financial institutions facing enhanced governance processes, as well as consumer goods, supply chain contracts and outsourcing agreements.

Naomi joined Russell-Cooke as a newly qualified solicitor in November 2023. 

Education

  • read Sociology at Warwick University
  • obtained a Master’s in Business Management from Cranfield University prior to undertaking a Graduate Diploma in Law and Law Practitioner course
