Rachel specialises in both residential and commercial property matters as well as acting for management companies on freehold developments. Her experience involves sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build sales and purchases, granting of leases and lease extensions, licences to assign and sales and purchases of small businesses.

She has experience in dealing with transactions all over England and Wales.

Rachel qualified as a solicitor in June 2011 and joined Russell-Cooke in September 2024.
