Rita specialises in private client work and advises on a wide range of matters including wills, administration of estates, powers of attorney, trusts and tax planning.
Rita leads the mental capacity team and has extensive experience in Court of Protection matters specialising in property and financial affairs. She often works with multi- disciplinary teams to achieve the best results for clients.
Her clients include deputies, attorneys, trustees as well as individuals.
Rita provides bespoke advice for clients with capacity issues (whether that is in a care home setting or in hospital) and is supported by a strong team.
