Salma advises corporate employers, senior executives, and employees on a wide range of employment law matters. 

Her experience includes drafting employment contracts, settlement agreements and workplace policies, as well as providing guidance on grievances, disciplinary issues, and redundancies. She also has experience handling employment tribunal claims involving discrimination, whistleblowing, and unfair dismissal.

Before joining Russell-Cooke, Salma trained at the London office of a US law firm. She is fluent in Arabic.
