About Sam

I support clients with employment and people issues, and pride myself on taking a personal approach tailored to the needs of each client. My experience working with charities in a pro-bono context and my passion for employment law allow me to understand issues quickly and provide pragmatic advice.

Sam is an associate solicitor in the charity law and not-for-profit team. He qualified as a solicitor at a leading international law firm in September 2022 and joined Russell-Cooke in June 2024.

Sam has experience advising on a wide variety of employment law issues, including redundancies, discrimination, whistleblowing disputes and the operation of TUPE. Sam has litigation experience within the Employment Tribunal and has assisted with employment litigation in the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts.

Sam enjoys developing relationships with clients and providing advice which suits their unique organisations and addresses their individual concerns.
