I provide commercially focussed and cost-effective advice to businesses, individuals and charities with the aim of resolving disputes or preventing them from arising.
Thomas advises on the full breadth of contentious property matters ranging from commercial lease extensions, break notices, forfeiture, dilapidations, commercial rent arrears and telecoms disputes.
He also acts for both landlords and tenants in a range of residential disputes such as possession matters, housing disrepair, party wall disputes, boundary disputes and rights of light matters.
