He takes pride in making the complexities of the planning system accessible and providing practical, comprehensive advice to clients.
Experience
Tom has extensive experience advising on planning agreements (section 106s) and planning conditions for a range of clients including large housebuilders and social housing providers where he advises on the
securitisation implications of s106 provisions.
Tom also has experience advising on BNG/nutrients/ habitats, CIL, planning enforcement, highways law, compulsory acquisition and judicial/statutory reviews.
