Adam joined Russell-Cooke in September 2020 and qualified as an associate in January 2023.

Adam advises individuals and families on matters including wills, lasting powers of attorney, the administration of estates, trusts and estate planning. 

Adam has acted for clients with a range of backgrounds including families, elderly individuals and entrepreneurs. He has also acted for executors and trustees based in the UK on a variety of tax, trust and succession issues.

• Estate planning and their administration: dealing with complex estates with international assets, business interests, properties

• Wills: working with clients to give them peace of mind that their family and friends are properly protected through ensuring that their will reflects their individual wishes

• Lasting powers of attorney: advising clients on the preparation, execution and registration of powers of attorney, and subsequent management of clients’ affairs

• Trusts: providing advice on tax efficient trust creation and preparing trust documentation including deeds of release, assignment and appointment

• Read law with legal studies in Europe (Spain) at Jesus College, Oxford

• Achieved a distinction in subsequent legal studies at Northumbria University
