About Emily
I advise on a broad range of contentious matters involving individuals, charities and businesses. I focus on helping my clients navigate their disputes in the most appropriate manner reflecting their goals, and the nature and value of the dispute.
Emily trained at Russell-Cooke and joined the team upon qualification in September 2021.
Emily has a broad range of cross sector commercial litigation experience acting for individuals, partnerships, charities, companies and limited liability partnerships.
As well as advising on general contractual disputes, Emily also advises on commercial claims and professional negligence matters. She also has experience advising on claims arising from real estate acquisitions including misrepresentation, professional negligence and breach of contract.
In December 2021, Emily was elected as a member of the Junior London Solicitors Litigation Association committee and is also on the London Solicitors Litigation Association pro-bono subcommittee.
Emily Joss is a rising star and punches well above her seniority. She is very responsive and all over the detail. A great addition to any team and a pleasure to work with.
