About Kate
Kate is a dual-qualified English and Australian family lawyer. Kate acts on behalf of clients across a broad range of private family law matters, including divorce and separation, financial disputes which are often complex and involve offshore assets, jurisdictional disputes, pre and post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements, child arrangements and child maintenance.
Kate understands that each family is unique and works with clients to understand what is important to them and is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients. She is empathetic and kind whilst providing advice to clients in a clear and pragmatic manner. Kate works with clients to reach agreement using dispute resolution where possible and also has extensive experience advising clients in court proceedings.
Kate joined Russell-Cooke in April 2022. Prior to this she worked in the family team at a major London firm. Prior to her relocation to England, Kate practised at one of Sydney’s pre-eminent family law firms.
