Advising on objection to the Experimental Traffic Order implemented by London Borough to close some streets to vehicles
- These orders followed the lockdown in early 2020 in response to the Covid-19 pandemic and a long term aspiration to create ‘Low Traffic Neighbourhoods’ which have now become highly contentious
- Order sought to close the street to vehicles where our client’s prominent wholesale retail business is located
