Negotiated s106 agreement, SANG agreement and Development Agreement on a large residential development
- We represented Copperwood Developments Limited on all planning aspects associated with the proposal of over 150 units, which included the delivery of a new A road through the scheme
- We worked with the council to avoid the need for a compulsory purchase order by creating a way for the road to be delivered as part of our client’s scheme
- We ensured our client retained an appropriate level of control when delivering the residential units
