Russell-Cooke Payroll Giving Gold Award

Russell-Cooke awarded Gold Quality Mark Award 2024 for payroll giving scheme

1 min Read

Russell-Cooke has been awarded a Gold Quality Mark Award for its payroll giving scheme, issued by Charitable Giving.

The Gold Award, which is a government-endorsed certificate, recognises employers that have succeeded in generating sustainable income sources for UK charities through Payroll Giving. It is awarded to employers who have over 10% of employees participating in their Payroll Giving scheme.

Payroll Giving, also known as Give As You Earn, is the most cost-effective and secure way to donate tax-free to charity. The scheme enables employees to support a charity of their choice, with contributions deducted directly from their pay by the payroll team before tax is calculated.

Regular giving from the workplace allows charities to plan confidently for the future and saves on their administration costs, which are paid for by the firm, enabling us to support them in more ways than one. We are proud to have our commitment to charitable giving recognised with a Gold Quality Mark Award and look forward to continuing to make a positive impact through our payroll giving scheme.”
