Russell-Cooke has once again taken its place in ‘The Times’ Best Law Firms’ 2023
Russell-Cooke has again taken its place in the ‘The Times’ Best Law Firms’ Report.
The Report is based on the responses of 4,400 lawyers to independent researchers. The list is drawn from a pool of well over 10,000 law firms in England and Wales.
The firm has been listed every year since the report was launched in 2019. From the list, only 13 firms, including Russell-Cooke, have commendations in all three of the main categories of Business Law, Public Law and Private Client. This year’s commendations bring the firm’s total number of legal areas commended in recent years to nine.
This year’s commendations are:

- Family
- Inheritance & succession
- Landlord & tenant
Methodology
The Times's research partner, international market research firm Statista, asked solicitors in England and Wales to recommend the best law firms in any of 28 legal areas within the categories of business law, public and private client. Those with the most votes made it into The Times Best Law Firms 2023. According to The Times, the list is based primarily on one question asked of solicitors: other than your own firm, which practice would you instruct in this area of work?
In our fifth consecutive ranking in The Times Best Law Firms we once again stand out as one of a select group of firms that feature across a broad range of business law, public law and private client categories.
