Joint Managing Partner James Carroll says: “This past year we saw the publication of our first ever Family Office Report – The Generation Game, which is based on conversations between members of the Russell-Cooke Family Office with experts in wealth and estate management, philanthropy and psychology about the current climate for families and the outlook for the future. We have some incredibly impressive lawyers doing fantastic work for these HNW clients – often, given our discretion, without our shouting about it. That is how our clients, and we, like to keep it. But I do think the recognition of my colleagues in the family, private client and trust and estates disputes teams in Chambers High Net Worth is worth applauding. I am incredibly proud and pleased to be a part of such a strong team of lawyers working at the top of their games and also managing to be genuinely great colleagues and fun people to work with.”
In further recognition for the private wealth team, the firm has been nominated in the STEP Private Client Awards 2021 in Contentious Trusts and Estates Team of the Year (midsize firm) and Private Client Legal Team of the Year (midsize firm). Fiona Read is listed as a Top Recommended family lawyer in Spears 500 2020 and Alison Regan has been shortlisted for the Citywealth Powerwomen Awards 2022.
