Russell-Cooke’s real estate team acts on letting of 10 Fleet Place to Simon Kucher & Partners

Russell-Cooke’s real estate team recently represented Hong Kong finance company Crosby Group, the owners of prime city office building 10 Fleet Place, London on its letting to global strategic consultancy firm, Simon Kutcher & Partners.

Simon Kucher & Partners will take the fifth floor of 10 Fleet Place – occupying a total of 19,890 sq. ft. on a 10-year lease – from February 2023.

The team worked with property investment and asset management firm Addington Capital and landlord’s agent Ingleby Trice. Work on the transaction was led by real estate senior associate Chris Barkley.
