Fiona heads our family team in Putney. She has extensive experience in all aspects of family law. She frequently handles cases with an international element and which often involve high value financial settlements in divorce, disputed arrangements with children, pre and post-nuptial agreements and co-habitation, and property disputes. She is also noted for her expertise in matrimonial finance work.
Kate has considerable expertise in acting for barristers, solicitors and clients in the financial sector. Much of the work she does involves foreign jurisdictions with offshore assets and/or international lifestyles. She has expertise in disputes between property owners, acting for family members who need to intervene in the divorce of their children or siblings, and also undertakes complex children work such as leave to remove applications and negotiating pre and post-nuptial agreements.
