I have worked with a wide range of clients over my 20 plus years in construction, on both contentious and non-contentious matters, which gives me a unique perspective when providing advice to clients.
Harriet has expertise in advising funders, employers and contractors on a wide range of transactional and non-contentious matters.
A barrister of more than 20 years call, she has advised clients in sectors such as real estate (commercial and residential), energy, infrastructure, utilities and engineering.
Harriet joined Russell-Cooke in December 2022.

advising mid-sized London developer on £150 million redevelopment scheme in east London

drafting a bespoke suite of construction contracts to be used on all projects for a London based residential developer
