About Jack
I provide advice to businesses, charities and individuals on property dispute matters to manage and resolve existing disputes or prevent them arising in the first place. I enjoy the challenge of getting to grips with complex disputes and coming up with creative solutions.
Jack advises on all types of property dispute resolution, including, for example, break notices, commercial rent arrears, dilapidations and forfeiture. He deals with a range of residential landlord and tenant matters which include possession claims, disrepair and tenancy deposit disputes.
Jack advises on disputes involving trespass, nuisance, building works, misrepresentation and rights of way. He has a particular interest in neighbourly matters including disputes over boundaries and adverse possession.
He regularly writes in industry publications, including the Estates Gazette. He has been listed as a key lawyer in The Legal 500 (2025) and an associate to watch in the Chambers UK Legal Guide (2025).
Jack is great - he is extremely detail-oriented and very thorough.
