About Kelly
I help individuals and businesses find pragmatic solutions to their property disputes. I enjoy building relationships with my clients to understand their objectives and support them throughout the legal process.
Kelly advises on a wide range of contentious property issues relating to residential and commercial property. She has experience representing both commercial and residential landlords and tenants in a variety of disputes, including possession matters, break clauses, breaches of covenant, dilapidations and contentious and non-contentious lease renewals.
Kelly has a keen interest in real property disputes, in particular easement, restrictive covenant and boundary disputes.
Kelly joined Russell-Cooke in October 2022. Prior to joining Russell-Cooke, she trained and qualified at a regional firm in East Anglia and practised in a mix of property litigation and planning.
