• James Heyworth-Dunne, guest speaker and partner at Ingleby Trice, will provide an update on the City investment and leasing market.
• Laughlan Steer, senior associate in real estate, will discuss how the risk profiles of construction contracts are being re-apportioned in 2024. Laughlan's talk will touch on predictions for the year ahead and examine key amendments to the standard forms, including those relating to the Building Safety Act and practical completion.
