I pride myself on offering pragmatic, commercial and cost effective solutions to charities and social businesses. My approach aims to cut down on unnecessary legal technicality and jargon from advice while providing sound and accurate answers to questions.

Sam specialises in advising charities and social businesses on real estate transactions and disposals. 

He deals with a wide range of property matters including the negotiation of commercial leases and freehold sales & purchases. 

Sam can provide specialist advice for charities on bespoke property matters such as compliance with charity law and permanent endowment. 

He has experience dealing with ecclesiastical property and has worked with a range of churches and religious organisations on their real estate transactions.
