Russell-Cooke celebrates third year of partnership with Ethical Property Foundation
Russell-Cooke has entered their third year of partnership with property advice charity Ethical Property Foundation (EPF).
EPF is the UK’s only dedicated property advice charity serving the UK voluntary sector providing free expert services across the UK.
Through the partnership, the charity will provide feature informative podcasts, a live clinic and webinar training, as well as a Charity Property Forum series held live at EPF’s Farringdon offices.
In the coming months, senior associate Clare Garbett will feature in a podcast series titled ‘How to get the best from your solicitor’ in conversation with Ethical Property Foundation CEO Antonia Swinson, the first of which is available here, and associate Sam Morris will deliver a free webinar titled ‘How to read a lease’. The firm’s charity property lawyers will also appear at the Ethical Property Foundation Annual All-Day clinic, a free clinic run in collaboration with Utility Aid.
A full list of key dates can be found here.
We are delighted to be partnering with the Ethical Property Foundation once again this year. Clare Garbett, Sam Morris and the rest of the team look forward to helping provide charity property education to the sector in 2025.
Russell-Cooke has been involved with the work of the Ethical Property Foundation since we opened our doors in 2003 to support charities with property advice. I am delighted that we are continuing to build our partnership. Educating the UK voluntary sector about property has never been more needed, as charities negotiate their path through these difficult times.
