About Thomas
I work with a variety of different clients and for each it is important to understand their business and priorities. This allows me to provide concise and tailored advice to each individual client.
Thomas offers his clients exceptional legal representation while also understanding the commercial nature of the transactions.
His clients include landlords, tenants, investors, residential, commercial developers and institutional lenders. He has advised in a variety of real estate transactions including investment acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and secured lending.
Thomas has a particular interest in the hotel and leisure sector co-founding the hotel and leisure team which advises hoteliers on all aspects of hotel acquisitions and disposals.
Thomas joined Russell-Cooke in May 2014 after training with a leading commercial law firm in Scotland, qualifying in September 2013. He was promoted to senior associate in 2020.

- Acting in the sale of a landmark central London property to an investor for £42 million
- Acting for a logistic real estate fund in their refinance with an institutional lender of their core portfolio
- Negotiating a 70 year occupational lease of a boutique hotel in central London for an overseas investor
