Russell-Cooke senior associate Gareth Roy will be speaking at Visionary's annual conference on 28 September. Gareth's talk will focus on charity governance, legal structures, trustees duties and constitutions.
This year's conference theme is future proof. The conference explore future challenges for the sector, and ways in which the sight loss sector can be future proofed.
The conference will take place over two days (28 and 29 September) at Conference Aston Birmingham, and is Visionary's first in-person event since 2019.
Gareth is a senior associate in the Charity law and not for profit law team. He provides strategic and legal advice to charities and other not-for-profit organisations on a wide range of governance and commercial matters, including establishing new charities, incorporations, mergers, commercial contracts, fundraising, trading and regulatory matters involving the Charity Commission.
