Helping clients transition wealth to the next generation

We act for longstanding clients with wide ranging corporate interests. Given the complexity of their affairs and significant wealth, the clients wanted complete flexibility in relation to their wills whilst ensuring a trusted advisor to carry out their wishes. Russell-Cooke Trust Company (RCTC) is appointed executor and trustee of discretionary trusts to manage wealth for their children who are in early adulthood. The clients have a number of philanthropic interests including instructing our Charity and Social Business team to set up a bespoke charitable trust. RCTC are a co-trustee with the clients and will manage their charitable legacy in the future
