Russell-Cooke has come in joint 10th in RollOnFriday’s annual Best Law Firms to Work At survey, scoring a 76% satisfaction rate for the second year running.
The firm’s score exceeds the average satisfaction score of 67%, with respondents ‘very satisfied’ overall.
The publication surveys over 7,000 lawyers and non-fee-earners across the UK, asking them to rate how satisfied they are with their firm's pay, work/life balance, career development, management, culture, and office. 76 firms are included in the 2025 list.
