Russell-Cooke advises Beavis Morgan and Moorfields Advisory shareholders on sale to Kinbrook Group
Russell-Cooke’s corporate and commercial team was pleased to act on behalf of the shareholders of Beavis Morgan and Moorfields Advisory in the recent sale of the Beavis Morgan group and Moorfields Advisory to the Blixt Group, represented by Kinbrook in the UK.
Beavis Morgan comprises a number of businesses offering a range of accountancy, tax, wealth management and business advisory services. Moorfields Advisory, also part of the Beavis Morgan group, is a consultancy firm offering restructuring and insolvency advice.
The purchase of the Beavis Morgan group by Kinbrook Group represents a significant step for the firm’s long-standing client, Beavis Morgan, and an important collaboration for Kinbrook Group, who have expanded their offering in London and the South East. The Russell-Cooke team advising on the transaction was led by Emma Shipp, with assistance from Jonathan Thornton, Rachael Taylor, Aashay Knights, Atif Rashid and Conor Brindley.
