Russell-Cooke welcomes Angharad Lynn as a private client partner.
Angharad has deep expertise in cross-border estate planning and administration, including drafting wills, trusts, Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning and Lasting Power of Attorney (LPAs). She specialises in supporting globally mobile clients with assets in multiple jurisdictions on estate planning, working with their advisers in other countries to ensure they can pass on their assets as they wish. She advises many UK families who own holiday homes overseas, helping them navigate both the legal and tax implications.
Angharad speaks French and Welsh fluently and also has a good knowledge of Italian. She is particularly experienced at dealing with Anglo-French estates.
Angharad has over a decade of experience having qualified in 2012. She joins the firm from VWV where she was the head of the London private client team. She is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Her appointment brings the number of private client partners based in London to eight.
