Russell-Cooke real estate team advises DCL on the sale of its assets to Lorama Group
Russell-Cooke’s real estate team was part of an international conglomerate of firms advising Pigment Services (DCL Corporation), a leading supplier of colour pigments with operations worldwide, on the sale of certain assets to the Lorama Group, a manufacturer and distributor of specialty chemicals and functional extenders.
The transaction includes DCL Corporation's Monteith and Waterfoot operations, the former located in Canada and the latter in Lancashire, and will aid Lorama in expanding its liquid dispersion offerings and geographic footprint in Europe.
Real estate partner Kathrin McClintock and associate Nicholas Manning advised on the sale of the Waterfoot manufacturing facility.
The transaction closed on 7 February.
